Non-profit work is rewarding in and of itself, but this project has really been outstanding. In addition to providing a service to Law Enforcement officials and personnel, Monarch is providing a site written in valid XHTML, valid CSS, is Section 508 (Americans with Disabilities Act) Compliant, and has attained a AAA Approval rating for Accessibility from Bobby, the Internet Accessibility Watch Group.
